We got to meet baby Roy for the first time on this North Carolina trip! Mallory had such fun getting to know her baby cousin... of course, she would have more fun if he could keep up with her.... I can't wait to see them together in a year or so!
Chrissy and Jeff have done such a great job with all the transition in the past few months. They had a baby, moved from CA to NC, bought a house, Chrissy started a new job, Jeff started a new degree, and Roy just goes with the flow! They have him in a fun little daycare center, and we were all invited to their little Halloween party when we were there.
Baby Roy was dressed as a monkey! Mallory loved his outfit!
We all were laughing and having a great time!
Mommy enjoyed the break while Mallory had her run of the playground.
Even though she was a little big for most things, after a week of no other kiddo interaction, Mallory was THRILLED to have a bunch of toys her size!
Of course, she went straight for the cozy coupe.... she LOVES those things!
We enjoyed dinner together at Red Robin the night before Halloween. Mallory was FULL of it!

Mallory and Roy spent a lot of time getting to know each other... I can't wait to see them grow up together!
