A few posts ago, I mentioned that Mallory had received some shells from her Daddy in Korea. How she treasures these, and keeps them safe in a special jar that Grandma found for her. We often find her in her room- usually on her bed- sorting the shells and counting them. She loves each one and hugs it before putting it back in the jar. Thank you again, Daddy for such a cherished gift!
Taking them out of the jar..... for about the 10th time in an hour!
"Thank you for my shells, Daddy! They are my treasures!"
Another thing that Mallory L-O-V-E-S right now, is matching games. ANY matching game will do, but she particularly loves this Nemo matching game. There are 25 different character pairs with their names on the cards, and she has them ALL memorized! These pictures were taken at a McDonald's while on the way home from our Memphis trip. These cards have also travelled all the way to Hawaii and back- and we have managed to keep up with all of the cards! Matching games have also really helped Mallory learn the importance of taking turns and being patient to get the result you want.

Looking for a match....
"Look! I got the Dory match!"
wow. looks like she really enjoys the special gift for daddy. Too sweet! :-)
